A New Hospital at St. Elizabeths East

Today: Mayor Bowser to Kick-Off Outdoor Pool Season, Announce Free Wi-Fi at all DC Recreation Centers

(Washington, DC) – This afternoon, Mayor Muriel Bowser will kick-off this summer’s outdoor pool season for the DC Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) at Banneker Pool. DPR has 18 outdoor pools, 24 spray parks and four children's pools, as well as 11 indoor pools. All outdoor aquatic facilities will open officially on Saturday, May 23.
