The Government of the District of Columbia Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development (DMPED) is seeking a Contractor to conduct and compile and Affordable Housing Needs Assessment of the District of Columbia needed to help focus its housing priorities on the areas of the District of Columbia having the most critical housing needs. The initial emphasis will be on issues of public concern, including housing affordability, at-risk households, and rental housing issues.
