(Washington, DC) – On Saturday, April 11 at the Takoma Recreation Center, Mayor Muriel Bowser along with Deputy Mayor for Health and Human Services, Brenda Donald, the Director of the DC Department of Health (DOH), Dr. LaQuandra S.
